Insomnia and me.

Hello friends I as some of you know have severe insomnia.

This is why most of my posts are done late at night hence why this topic is being made at 2:00 A.M on a Sunday.

This is me ranting on the verge of tears people don't seem to understand that this is a very serious problem that is causing my mental health to slowly deteriorate.

I am asking you if anyone has a solution for my problem please help me I beg of you this is an act of desperation. Now then I shall leave and lay in bed until sunrise when the inevitable school comes I am likely to have a mental breakdown so fare thee well my friends I hope to see you soon.

As an after thought I would like to point out because people tell me insomnia must be awesome because you don't need to sleep well its not that simple. I still need to sleep like a normal human being. Sadly I cannot fall asleep when I wish causing me to be tired angry rude and overall depressed. So if this sounds like a great thing your an idiot who deserves to be strapped to a poll and be force fed maggots who will slowly eat you from the inside out.

Anyway, as cliche as this sounds, have you tried a warm glass of milk? If so, then try getting your sister to knock you unconscious closing your eyes and make your brain think you're asleep, which will make it actually asleep... and stuff. I'unno, man.

The problem is when I say severe Its because I have done all of those things and non of them help in any way. Now then I have recently gotten some of the most powerful sleeping pills they would allow me to take and hopefully there going to work seeings as how the last ones had no effect.

Did you try reading Twilight?

I read the first book thats enough twilight for me.

i also have sleep troubled. what you need to is get to bed at a regular time. sometimes ur body cant sleep because its not on a scedual. and, i take somthing called melatonin. its a sleeping pill that helps you get to sleep. if you talk to a doctor, they can help too.

i have very much sleep trouble especially now that i am not near any one i love. Alone... Alienated. By myself. I have changed and no sleep does not help

... I have missed bout 3 weeks of school and haven't slept at night for each day : ( its terrible I like pass out a 12 p.m

ya man i have had lots of trouble sleeping. with nothing to do but read my manga.... which gets boring. well naruto doesnt. but none the less.
