Yes, you all knew I was making a Halo topic. Don't deny it. XD

Anyway, just talk about Halo here. First subject: The Cortana Letters sent before Halo was even released. O.o

Probably gonna do something like this too. If you get some other version, not limited edition, I know you get some special helmet for free (as in, no Halo credits).

yea i mean i have never played a halo like this and no matter what there has not been a crappy halo game.

Man, I got Halo 3 when it came out and I got the Legendary edition with the helmet. I could have gone with the one right before it...Maybe...

honestly i have seen brandana's helmet totally not worth it. it can hold like 2 games haha.

actually it holds four games.............still not worth it but i did like the bonus disk that came with commentary.

Also Halo Combat Evolved is still the best of the series i think Reach is over hyped but that doesn't mean i dont have high hopes for it i just hope it finally lives up to the standard HCE set finally.

yeah i get what DJ means it is pretty over hyped but u know alot has changed but in a sense not much has.

i like how they seem to be going back to more of a CE feel for the game it makes me hopefull.

hell i am hopeful for it either way. if its good or bad its gonna have a lotta sales for the first couple weeks.

Yeah, with the exception of a few not-previous-seen-in-a-Halo-game game mechanics, Reach is turning out to be a lot like CE.

Which is good, because CE is probably one of the best in the series. I'd even choose it over Halo 3 in some cases.

ya halo 3 was fun and all but not that great i actually prefer CE and halo 2 over it. and odst.

Man, from what I've seen, read, and heard (all turn out to be the same thing, so for what is being released about Reach) about Reach. It looks like it's going to top either all, or most Halo's man. Bungie has released so many awesome videos, I hope it's as good or even better than what they show. Also the Legendary edition comes with not a helmet, but a little statue type deal with the 5 main campaign characters standing next to a rock, and the edition right below it which comes with the game, a diary type deal, and a token for a few in game things I'm pretty sure.

ya well i am super excited for it. and i cant wait even though i will be in michigan (brandana sorry for exploding on you earlier i was just mad at parents mainly)

It's cool man. I think I'm going to try and get the Heroic? edition of reach. That is if I have enough money to do so. Either way I'm the same man. Next month (9.14.10)

There's some limited edition of Reach, I think it's Legendary, that gives you:

1) a full Recon armor set in-game
2) Flaming Helmet
3) exclusive Elite armor

...I think. Among other, non-in-game things. It's unknown whether #2 or #3 can be obtained without getting this edition, however.
