Free Games

Hello fellow forum members i have created this topic so we can tell others about cool games we've found that are free to play.

Ill start off with Alien Swarm on steam its free it is a 4 player co-op game all about working together to survive swarms of aliens.
This games is a top down shooter and tons of fun if you have a friend....or two......or three...to play with.
I know im going to be playing as soon as my laptop is fixed.

Oh my God, I tried that just for the TF2 hat (which you get by completing any 2 co-op missions), and it's an awesome game, let alone free.

On topic, TrackMania Nations Forever is another free Steam game. It's a racing game where you can make your own tracks and test them against the world. Not as awesome as Alien Swarm, but still very fun. Unfortunately, it isn't part of the Source engine, so I couldn't afford the hard drive space to download it.

maple story used to be a good game actually good free download.

my brother plays wizard 101. and hes always asking for help. so i help him on there. but it turns out, for me, its fun O_o. Its free, but its a download game. and you cant get into some of the places with quests. but other than that, its actually a fun game. sorta like magic-combined-yu-gi-o-combined-pokemon?
also, if you like simpled minded games, adventure quest worlds is fun too. its got quests, rare items, battles, and other stuff. its not bad.

I wanna get Worms: Reloaded. Supposed to have all this epic stuff in it, terrain creator, 45+ weapons from previous Worms games and exclusive hats/worms if you pre-order the game.

I don't think it's free, but it's probably cheap, only available on PC, and is now being advertised on Steam.

Sam and Max 104: Abe Lincoln Must Die! is a fantastic game, and it's free on Steam. I would highly suggest someone get it.

Wait Steam? I think you mean GameTap, and if you don't they have tons of free games to play

No. The Sam and Max games are generally paid games on Steam (and other services, I'm assuming), but Telltale released one of the episodes of Season One for free, hence why Abe Lincoln Must Die is in this topic.
